Five unforgettable days of horses, freedom, and adventure!

Bring your own horse and join me for a truly unique experience here at my home in Cornwall. Just two miles from the beach and surrounded by wild moorland, it’s the perfect natural playground for both horse and rider. Our five-day clinic is designed to be action-packed, full of fun, exploration, and, of course, plenty of Liberty work!

The Island Project back in 2015 completely transformed my perspective — on life, on myself, and on the deep connection possible between human and horse. Living alone with my Connemaras for 30 days taught me what true partnership feels like. There’s an old nomadic saying that goes, “To understand the wolf, you must first put on the skin of the wolf and see the world through his eyes.” After that month, I finally understood it.

Our Your Horse Clinics are inspired by that same spirit of immersion and discovery. Over five days, we’ll spend quality time training, riding across moorland, through woodlands, ride to the local pub for a meal and along beutiful sandy beaches, as well as trying some new challenges designed to strengthen your partnership with your horse.

Cornwall is one of the greatest natural playgrounds in the UK, so you might find yourself having some fun whilst the horses have a well earned rest in their paddocks. We often go Coasteering, Kayaking, SUP Boarding, Wild Swimming, Wake Boarding, or even Grass Skiing — because sometimes, you’ve just got to go for it! (one, possibly two additional activities are booked based on weather and conditions - All are optional)

Your accommodation will be at Marsland Manor — a beautifully restored retreat nestled within a clifftop farm in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. (Marsland Manor is only a mile from our home.) Neighbouring the Marsland Valley Nature Reserve, it offers a peaceful escape with a secluded beach, enchanting woodland, and a meandering river. It’s also right at the start of both the North Cornwall & Devon Coastal Path and The Tamara Way — perfect for those who love to explore. Your horse will also be in paddocks right outside your accomodation!
