This elegant riding pad is handmade in Argentina from soft fitting Argentinian cowhide and wool felt. Seats are double-packed and filled with upholstery wool.

The filling adapts to riding your anatomy and that of your horse. From the beginning you will have a great sitting feeling.

The seat area raised by the padding so narrow that your leg can easily hang on a slightly wider horse. This encourages an upright posture and keeps your hip more mobile, so you can resonate better with your horse’s movements. In the rear area, the seat is so wide that your leg hump is well supported and you find a comfortable and correct fit. The extra thin side panels allow you to close contact with your horse. In the withers area, the pad is so high that it is also suitable for horses with high withers.

The leather is nice and grippy and gives you a secure hold. Anyone who wants to sit particularly tight chooses as upper mattress. For cleaning, you can wipe it with a soft cloth or sponge moist. The underside can be carefully brushed out when dirt. So your pad stays beautiful for a long time.

The LaBona D II is pleasant 2kg light. Your horse will hardly feel the weight.

The belt does not run over the horseback. So, invariant pressure from the belt on your horse’s back is excluded. The side panels are reinforced with webbing inside to prevent deformation.

The LaBona D II does not have a stirrup suspension and is ridden without a bracket. It is suitable for all types of horses. If the upholstery should become too shallow over time or you want to adapt it even more individually, you can cushion it with two easily accessible and easily resealable slots on the bottom.
